The project anchors a broader wave of new affordable and mixed-income housing, lotteries, and NYCHA redevelopment across Chelsea, reshaping options for local renters, seniors, and low- to middle-income households.
   

• To Catch a Predator (kennethinthe212.com) — Police are seeking help from Chelsea residents after floral designer John Laubach was found murdered in his neighborhood bedroom, with a suspect caught on surveillance allegedly trying to use his ATM card. Investigators believe he may have met the killer at a nearby Chelsea sex shop and are urging anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers immediately.
