Huntington to Hold Annual Veterans Day Ceremony

The Town of Huntington will hold its annual Veterans Day Ceremony on Sunday, Nov. 9 at 9 a.m. at Veterans Plaza at Huntington Town Hall, 100 Main Street in Huntington.

The ceremony will include songs performed by the Long Island Children’s Choir and special recognition of Salvatore Tornatore, a World War II veteran who is a member of the Town’s Veterans Advisory Board, past commander of Chapter 19 of the Disabled American Veterans and is on the board of directors of the National Service Foundation of Disabled American Veterans.
