It's Tax Time at the Smithtown Special Library District

There are ways that your local branch of the Smithtown Special Library District can help you with taxes this season:

  • We have many of the tax forms you need in paper format for you to take home with you.
  • We have a section on our webpage at www.smithlib.org to help you find tax forms, instructions and information online.  Just look for the 'It's Tax Time Again' section.
  • We host volunteers from AARP who offer tax assistance at our Kings Park Branch.  All - regardless of library district - are welcome to make an appointment to have trained representatives from AARP prepare and e-file tax returns. Please call 631-360-2480 to schedule an appointment.
