Police Seeking Man Who Stole $300 From Inside Parked Car

The man took the victim's keys and entered his car parked at a Commack restaurant last month.

COMMACK, NY - Police are looking for a man who stole cash from a victim’s car in Commack last month.

On April 22, the man (pictured above) entered La Scala restaurant on 34 Vanderbilt Motor Parkway, and took the victim’s keys off the counter.

The man then entered the victim’s car and stole $300 from the center console.

He was described as wearing a Black Pyramid hooded-sweatshirt, Adidas pants with white stripes and tan-colored sneakers.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800- 220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
