• Cornwall Collaboratory to be launched (timeshudsonvalley.com) — Cornwall residents are being invited to help shape solutions to local challenges through the new Cornwall Collaboratory, a free workshop series launching in early 2027 at Storm King Theater in Cornwall-on-Hudson. Founder Jason Burnham and partner Elizabeth Bruschi aim to host nonpartisan, professionally facilitated sessions where residents and organizations can propose issues, collaborate on root causes, and publish concrete action plans.

• Chief Gebert's final walkout (timeshudsonvalley.com) — Cornwall residents and officials gathered to honor Police Chief Joseph Gebert as he took his final walkout from the Cornwall Police Department into retirement after 22 years of service. With officers, firefighters, town employees, and family lining the path under Highland Engine's giant American flag, Gebert received heartfelt thanks for his dedication to the town he calls home.

• NFA routs Cornwall 31-0 behind Barnwell's four TD passes (timeshudsonvalley.com) — Cornwall football fans saw a tough night as Newburgh Free Academy shut out the Dragons 31-0, ending Cornwall's long winning streak in the matchup. Despite some strong defensive moments, Cornwall struggled with turnovers and missed opportunities, while NFA's offense, led by quarterback Jaiseon Barnwell and playmaker Justin Lassic, controlled the game and extended the Goldbacks' winning run.
