• Crews Busy Cleaning the Streets of Crown Heights (collive.com) — A grassroots campaign is once again asking Crown Heights residents to help fund daily private street cleaning along Kingston Avenue during Tishrei and bi‑weekly service afterward. Started during COVID by local activist Sam Stern, the effort aims to keep the neighborhood welcoming for thousands of visitors and relies on community donations to continue.

• World's Largest Sukkah Mobile Returns to Manhattan, Quadrupled (crownheights.info) — Massive mobile sukkahs now rolling through Manhattan were constructed right in Crown Heights, showcasing local craftsmanship behind a project serving thousands of holiday celebrants. Built before Yom Tov, the four jumbo sukkahs offer space for prayers, lulav‑shaking, and snacks while spreading festive spirit across the city.
