- Timothy Rigney, of North Babylon, was arrested in North Babylon on Dec. 28 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
- Lori Harman, of W. Babylon, was arrested in N. Babylon on Dec. 26 on a charge of aggravated DWI: with child-1st offense.
- William Phair, of Islip, was arrested in North Babylon on Dec. 26 on a charge of third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drug with intent to sell.
- Thomas Barbal, of North Babylon, was arrested in West Babylon on Jan. 1 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
- Anthony Smith, of North Babylon, was arrested in West Babylon on Dec. 29 on a charge of driving while ability impaired by drugs: prior conviction in past 10 years.
- Ennis Bicic, of North Babylon, was arrested in Patchogue on Dec. 27 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
- Teresa Marks, of Deer Park, was arrested in Deer Park on Dec. 31 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
- Teresa Guarino, of Deer Park, was arrested in Deer Park on Dec. 26 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
- A Shirley man was arrested in Deer Park on Dec. 30 on a charge of criminal possession of a weapon.
