Christine Ippolito of Deer Park's Compass Workforce Solutions Receives LIBN Top 50 Influential Women In Business Award
Principal of Deer Park's Compass Workforce Solutions Christine Ippolito was recognized among LIBN Top 50 Most Influential Women in Business.

October 30, 2015; Deer Park, NY - Christine Ippolito, Principal of Compass Workforce Solutions in Deer Park, was recently recognized by the Long Island Business News (LIBN) as one of the 2015 “Top 50 Influential Women in Business” at a LIBN Special Awards Gala. Ippolito received the award for her business leadership, community involvement and the impact she and her company have had on the small business community in the regional Long Island and New York City markets.
“I am sharing this award with my dedicated team at Compass Workforce Solutions. The HR regulatory environment today is more complex and demanding than ever before. Our goal is to work with clients to assist them their efforts to improve operations, productivity and to protect the largest asset they hold for themselves and their families their business. . Long Island is a competitive market and receiving this recognition with fellow female businesses leaders demonstrates that the region is full of talented individuals,” stated Ippolito.
Ippolito continues to grow her staff at Compass Workforce Solutions and exhibit her leadership. Her company has grown dramatically over the past 5 years and she continues to give back to her community. She taps her expertise in employer compliance programs and develops effective programs and processes to manage Federal, New York, New Jersey and New York City employment laws.

Before she started Compass Workforce Solutions, Ippolito spent 10 years as a human resource executive with several high-growth companies within the higher education, the Internet, and technology sectors. She has also been active in the community serving as the Healthcare Co-Committee Chair for HIA-LI for the past 4 years and on the board for Long Island Fight for Charity for two years. In 2013 she was a volunteer boxer for the organization. She is also a member of Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) Long Island Chapter.
Ippolito has given numerous presentations at business forums on the topic of HR throughout her career. She was a presenter at both the 2007 and 2008 Garden State SHRM Annual Conferences. In addition, she was a key panelist at the Long Island Digital Summit in 2013.
