Deer Park Kickline Team Caps Amazing Season With L.I.K.A. Championships

The Deer Park High School kickline team earned first-place finishes in the kick and pom categories and a second-place finish in the squad category during the March 13 Long Island Kickline Association Championships. The team's hard work was evident throughout the season and they really showed their hunger for those first-place rankings. Their Long Island championship wins came just a week after the Falconettes placed second in the kick category and third in the open category in the national Contest of Champions. Way to go, Deer Park!

The Robert Frost Middle School kickline team also had a strong showing with some of their best performances of the season. Their results included first place in kick, second place in pom, and third place in squad. Well done, Robert Frost!
