Frost’s FACS Seventh Graders Get Into “Grow Lab”

To welcome spring, seventh graders in family and consumer science classes at Deer
Park’s Robert Frost Middle School participated in a “Grow Lab” project. Guided by teachers
Cindy Adriaensens and Patricia Skjoldahl, the students planted marigold and zinnia seeds,
then measured their growth and development during class. The students will bring their
plants home to share in their family garden.
