Roosevelt High School Security Guard From North Babylon Posts Video of 16-Year-Old Boy in Bathroom to Snapchat: Police

ROOSEVELT, NY - A security guard at Roosevelt High School was arrested for taking a video of a 16-year-old boy using the bathroom and posting it to Snapchat on Tuesday, according to Nassau Police.

Daniel Williams, 24, of North Babylon, while working at the high school on 1 Wagner Avenue, entered a boys bathroom and videotaped the boy while using the facilities, posting it on Snapchat, police said.

He was arrested on Wednesday at the school without incident, police said.

Williams, of 11 Brooklyn Avenue, is charged with second degree unlawful surveillance and endangering the welfare of a child.  He was released on a Nassau County desk appearance ticket returnable to First District Court in Hempstead on April 11.
