Kids Adopt a Shelter Garage Sale Fundraiser: The Ellner boys support local rescues

Damian, Andrew, Lorenzo, and Sebastian are four brothers who have a passion for animals. After rescuing our beautiful Ava and fostering dogs waiting for permanent homes, the boys decided they wanted to do more to help the organizations that make the adoptions possible. As such they have adopted Fur Babies Rescue and Last Chance Animal Rescue as part of the Kids Adopt a Shelter Holiday Drive. These are volunteer and foster driven rescues that pull animals from high kill shelters, provide medical care, and find their perfect families. The boys have been planning several fundraising events starting with a donation drop boxes and a garage sale on Saturday 10/4 from 9-5 at 28 W 22nd St in Deer Park. 100% of the garage sale proceeds will be used to purchase the items on the rescues’ wish lists so they may continue to save the lives of countless dogs and cats as well as placing them in their forever homes. Tons of items will be available (household, electronics, baby, furniture, clothes, collectibles, toys, etc). We are also having basket raffles, 50/50 raffles, baked goods, and other goodies. Bring a dog or cat item donation and get 5 raffle tickets! Leashes, bowls, collars, dry dog food, cat food, litter, beds, etc.
