In recognition of October as Fire Safety Month, students in kindergarten throughthird grade at William E. DeLuca Jr. Elementary School received a visit from theNorth Babylon Volunteer Fire Company to learn about fire prevention and safety.The fire department brought along their fire truck to teach the students what to doif they’re ever caught in a fire and helped the students practice climbing out of awindow.
