New Eagle Scout Honored for Charitable Acts

Deer Park's Joseph Rosati was presented with a Town of Babylon proclamation

Town of Babylon Councilman Tom Donnelly recently attended the Eagle Scout Court of Honor ceremony for Joseph Rosati of Deer Park. The Eagle Scout is the highest distinction bestowed upon members of the Boy Scouts organization. For his project, Joseph sponsored a food drive for his church’s parish outreach pantry. He also helped in the sorting and packaging of holiday gifts to be given to needy families within the parish.

Councilman Donnelly commended Joseph for his service to the community and presented him with an official Town of Babylon proclamation honoring his achievement.
