Babylon Town Supervisor Rich Schaffer joined with Deputy Supervisor Tony Martinez, Councilwoman Jacqueline Gordon and Councilman Tom Donnelly to congratulate Frank Joseph Grenci Jr. of North Babylon’s Boy Scout Troop 399 for earning the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest honor in the Boy Scouts organization. A Court of Honor ceremony was held in the North Babylon High School auditorium to recognize Frank’s achievement. For his Eagle Project, Frank organized over fifty volunteers to harvest and replant beach grass at Robert Moses State Park.
