North Babylon Boy Scout Troop 399's Emergency Preparation Class

On Saturday, October 21st, North Babylon Boy Scout Troop 399 attended a First Aid and Emergency Preparedness class given by one of the Troops Merit Badge counselors. Scouts are often called upon to help because they know first aid and they have the discipline and planning needed to react to an emergency situation. This class helped the Scouts to be prepared by learning the actions that can be helpful and needed before, during, and after an emergency.
Boy Scout Troop 399 meetings are held each Thursday evening that schools are open at 7:30pm in the Marion G. Vedder Elementary School cafeteria.
