Police: Masked Man With Knife Robs Deer Park Gas Station
Incident occurred Monday night.

Police are investigating a Monday night armed robbery of a Deer Park gas station.
Police say a man wearing a mask entered the Valero gas station, located at 355 Bay Shore Road, at about 10:10 p.m., displayed a knife and demanded cash from an employee.
The robber fled the scene on a bicycle with an undisclosed amount of cash and cigarettes.

There have now been three gas station robberies in Deer Park-North Babylon over the past two weeks. The Ultra gas station at 1786 Deer Park Avenue in Deer Park and the Lukoil station at 170 Bay Shore Road in North Babylon have also been robbed.
Police are also investigating a recent armed robbery of a Lindenhurst Dunkin’ Donuts. Police have not said if they believe any of the incidents are related.
