Suffolk County Arrest Report-December 18

A look at some recent arrests in the area.

All of the following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate a conviction.

  • Daulat Gurtata, 48, of West Babylon, was arrested in West Babylon on Dec. 16 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • Wendy Frank, 40, of East Islip, was arrested in West Babylon on Dec. 15 on charges of second degree robbery and second degree burglary
  • Thomas Pogan Jr., 44, of St. James, was arrested in West Islip on Dec. 15 on a charge of second degree robbery and third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
  • James Darrow, 51, of North Babylon, was arrested in Wyandanch on Dec. 15 on a charge of third degree grand larceny
  • Michael Forgione, 23, of Babylon, was arrested in Babylon on Dec. 14 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • Maurice Thomas, 24, of Deer Park, was arrested in Deer Park on Dec. 12 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs
  • Joseph Kavanagh, 22, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in Lindenhurst on Dec. 12 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • Abdul Russ, 26, of Deer Park, was arrested in Deer Park on Dec. 11 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • Brian Emma, 35, of Greenlawn, was arrested in East Northport on Dec. 16 on a charge of first degree criminal contempt
  • Eric Hasse, 36, of Huntington, was arrested in Huntington on Dec. 15 on a charge of fourth degree grand larceny
  • Derek Jackson, 29, of East Northport, was arrested in East Northport on Dec. 15 on a charge of fourth degree possession of a controlled substance, fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana
  • Thomas Hoban, 60, of East Northport, was arrested in East Northport on Dec. 13 on a charge of first degree criminal contempt
  • Diane Catanzaro, 58, of Kings Park, was arrested in Huntington on Dec. 11 on a charge of DWI-previous conviction in past 10 years
  • Nicholas Duva, 25, of East Northport, was arrested in Huntington Station on Dec. 10 on a charge of third degree grand larceny and fourth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
  • Raymond Bias, 56, of Medford, was arrested in East Islip on Dec. 16 on a charge of assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon
  • Alexander Sosa, 49, of Islandia, was arrested in Bay Shore on Dec. 15 on a charge of first degree robbery
  • Heather Polins, 46, of Medford, was arrested in Islip on Dec. 15 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • Catherine Reinhold, 23, of West Islip, was arrested in West Islip on Dec. 13 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • Bianca Perezoreziak, 27, of West Islip, was arrested in West Islip on Dec. 10 on a charge of fourth degree grand larceny
  • Daniel Franzese, 21, of Lake Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Lake Ronkonkoma on Dec. 13 on a charge of third degree burglary
  • Kenneth Cross, 31, of Sayville, was arrested in Lake Ronkonkoma on Dec. 11 on a charge of driving while ability impaired by drugs-prior conviction in past 10 years
  • Robert Moore, 23, of West Islip, was arrested in Islandia on Dec. 10 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs
  • Elizabeth Quirk, 60, of East Patchogue, was arrested in North Bellport on Dec. 13 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • Robert Newell, 21, of West Sayville, was arrested in Patchogue on Dec. 12 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • Daniel Larkin, 49, of Miller Place, was arrested in Patchogue on Dec. 12 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • Paul Dailey, 32, of Centereach, was arrested in Selden on Dec. 16 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • Teresa Calderone, 41, of Holbrook, was arrested in Port Jefferson Station on Dec. 16 on a charge of DWI-previous conviction in past 10 years
  • Stephen Dingfelder, 29, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Stony Brook on Dec. 13 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
  • Shane Zellner, 30, of Stony Brook, was arrested in Setauket on Dec. 11 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
