Special Holiday Meetup! - This event is part of the Ditmas Park Mindful Creating group. It will be dedicated to finishing those holiday gift projects! As are all of the meet-ups, this is for knitters, crafters, and card makers included... any and all of you who are frantically working to get your gifts completed. I'd like to still bring mindfulness into our discussion, with a brief reading... and then we'll spend the evening making things! We will not be doing a longer formal sit, but we will certainly set an intention to be present with our work. What better present for ourselves than the present moment?!
Even if you don't have a project you're working on, we'd love to have you join us in celebration of Winter and the upcoming New Year. No more procrastination or excuses.. just a relaxing evening of creating together!
I'll provide hot cocoa and tea and some snacks-- feel free to bring along another snack item (indicate what you will bring, if anything, in the comments section)!
