Your Friendly Neighborhood Flea Market & Fair takes place this Saturday, May 3rd from 10am – 4pm in the Flag-yard (East 8th Street) at Ditmas I.S. 62.
Delve through your typical flea market items like handmade jewelry, clothes, handbags & apparel... PLUS enjoy a few fabulously fun & FREE family activities at this first ever Flea Market & Fair hosted by the Ditmas I.S. 62 PTA in support of student education. Attractions include but are not limited to:
NYPD’s Operation Safe Child: Possessing up to date photographs & detailed information about a child can prove to be important proactive measures that can greatly assist local law enforcement officials to respond quickly to a child’s disappearance. The SAFE CHILD ID card contains a child’s name, date of birth, gender, height, weight, hair color and eye color, a picture of the child, and a fingerprint image of both index fingers. The card can be easily carried in a wallet.
