EAST HAMPTON, NY — The 2nd Annual Spring Street Fair on Newtown Lane Saturday was filled with food, farm and family fun.
According to East Hampton Chamber of Commerce's Executive Director Steven Ringel, the day was planned to provide guests with a day of shopping and buying local.
There was something for everyone, including a vast array of creative arts, food, jewelry, the Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons' adoption van, and representatives from community organizations and both publishing and broadcasting worlds.

Mother Nature may have sent dark skies, but spirits were sunny as East Hampton Village Mayor Paul Rickenbach, Jr. expressed his thanks to the Chamber, and his pride in belonging to such a wonderful community.
Proclamations from the East Hampton Chamber were presented to the valedictorian and salutatorian of the East Hampton High School Class of 2018.

The fair also featured the launch of the new "Energize East Hampton" initiative, which aims to "provide one-stop shopping for local home and business owners looking for free or discounted energy efficiency and solar offerings."
Representatives from GreenLogic, Long Island Green Homes and South Fork Peak Savers answered questions about new opportunities.
