ARF to Host Fundraising Event This Weekend

The Animal Rescue Fund of The Hamptons will be hosting their ‘Bow Wow Meow’ Ball this weekend.

The event will take place at the ARF Adoption Center on 91 Daniels Hole Road in Wainscott with cocktails starting at 6:30 p.m. and dinner and dancing beginning at 7:30 p.m.

All proceeds from the event will go towards benefiting ARF.

Guests will enjoy cocktails, followed by dinner catered by Glorious Food within an elegant black, white and silver setting created by David Monn and Alex Papachristidis. Afterwards, the party will continue with dancing to music by the Peter Duchin Orchestra.

More than 400 high profile guests from New York and the Hamptons are expected to attend the event.

The evening will honor internationally acclaimed architect Peter Marino for his commitment to animal welfare and ARF.

Brooke Shields will Emcee the evening and current board members Katharine and William P. Rayner will present the ARF Champion of Animals Award to Marino.

Honorary Co-Chairs are Priscilla Rattazzi and Katharine Rayner.

It’s a wonderful way to bring together our supporters and help raise funds for ARF while having fun,” Lisa McCarthy, Board President of ARF said. “This year’s event is truly a celebration as we honor Peter Marino who has helped ARF become what it is today, one of the leading animal shelters on Long Island.”
