Best East Hampton-Area Pumpkin Patches 2020
It's time to pick out that perfect pumpkin this fall season and enjoy the many attractions East Hampton pumpkin patches have to offer.

EAST HAMPTON, NY — Not even pumpkin patches can escape coronavirus in 2020. The ongoing pandemic means many of the area's pumpkin patches have had to adjust hours, regulations and activities.
Fortunately, coronavirus has only changed — not completely closed — your favorite pumpkin patch and its offerings this season. Below is a list of some of our favorite pumpkin patches near East Hampton.

- 19 Horse Mill Lane in Bridgehampton.
- Fairview Farm is open for pumpkin picking on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m., until daylight savings time ends; hours will then be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- The farm includes the The MAiZE, an eight-acre maze.

- 240 Montauk Highway in Water Mill
- Hanks PumpkinTown has pumpkin picking, apple picking, corn mazes, wagon rides, tractor train rides, giant slides, games, playgrounds and more.- Hank's is open for pumpkin picking every day from 9:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. through November 1. Apple picking, maze park and more open weekends and school holidays.

Fink's Country Farm
- 6242 Middle Country Road in Wading River.
- Fink's County Farm Festival runs Saturdays, Sundays and Columbus Day through Nov 1, with hours from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Included free with Fall Festival admission are the animal farm, barn o'corn, character appearances, (11 a.m. to 4 p.m.); live music (noon to 4 p.m.); ; picnic area (outside food and beverage permitted; no alcohol or hot trays.); playground areas; and a Jump Pillow™. The festival also features the corn cannon; pony rides (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.); a pumpkin slingshot; calf roping; roasted corn; U-pick pumpkins on the vine; and a kiddie train.
- Pumpkin picking is open to the public from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the month of October for $5 per person. Pumpkin picking is available on weekends but only to those attending the Fall Festival from 9:30 am. to 5:30 p.m. until Nov. 1.

Harbes Family Farm
Harbes Farm offers three locations, Harbes Family Farm in Mattituck, Harbes Farm in Jamesport, and Harbes Farm and Orchard in Riverhead.
The Harbes Pumpkin Harvest takes place September 26 and 27 at the Mattituck Farm, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Pumpkin picking takes place at:
Harbes Family Farm, 715 Sound Ave, Mattituck. Open Monday to Friday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and weekends and holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Nov. 2.
- 8 acres of on-the-vine U-pick pumpkins.
- Many different varieties available.
- Located across the street from the Mattituck Farm Stand.
- Pumpkins sold by the pound.
Harbes Farms Jamesport, 1223 Route 25, Jamesport. Open weekends and holidays 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. through October 31.
- 9 acres of on-the-vine U-pick pumpkin
- Many different varieties available.
- Pumpkins sold by the pound.
Harbes Orchard, 5698 Sound Ave, Riverhead/
Open daily 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. through November 1. The orchard is operating at reduced capacity on weekends and holidays; visiting on a weekday is recommended.9 acres of on-the-vine U-Pick Pumpkins.
Many different varieties available.
- Pumpkins sold by the pound.
- Requires purchasing an apple picking package to pick pumpkins.

- Gabrielsen's has a new location at 200 Herrick's Lane in Jamesport.- Gabrielsen's is open 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. seven days a week, with pumpkin picking every day through early November.For additional information, click here.
- 17155 County Road 48, Cutchogue.- The farm offers pumpkin picking starting on Friday and is open six days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; closed on Tuesdays. The pumpkins are in the nursery and not in the field this year. The farm is open until November 1 for pumpkins.For additional information, click here.

Krupski Farms
- 38030 Rte. 25 Peconic. Open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- U-Pick pumpkins, vegetables. Haunted barn and haunted hay rides begin the weekend of September 26.For additional information, click here.
Lewin Farms
- 812 Sound Avenue, Calverton
- Call (631)-929-4327 for U-pick, fields close at 4:30 when available.
- Lewin's offers pick-your-own pumpkins, a corn maze on weekends and holidays through late October, roasted corn and much more.For additional information and to call, click here.
Stakey's Pumpkin Farm
- 270 West Lane in Aquebogue
- Stakey's is open for pumpkin picking Mon. to Fri. from noon to 5 p.m., Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- The farm also features hay rides, a corn maze, arm painting, snack shack, a country store and flower house, roasted corn, apple cider, and donuts.For additional information, click here.
Wickham's Fruit Farm
- 28700 Main Road, Cutchogue
- Pumpkin picking from the vine with a hand-pulled wagon on Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. through October. Closed Sundays.
- Farmstand, where pumpkins are available, too, is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed Sundays.
- Also, take a tractor-pulled wagon ride out into the orchards will be offered to pick apples; that ride costs $1 and takes place on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Child-sized apple cider bottles are available to purchase for the kids, along with delicious donuts. Closed Sundays.- Wickham's Fruit Farm is an historic, bicentennial farm on Peconic Bay, and a family enterprise for generations.
