Driver's License Was Suspended 12 Times: Police

The Southold resident's bail was set at $200, police said.

EAST HAMPTON, NY — A Southold resident was caught driving in East Hampton with a license that had been suspended 12 times, police said.

According to East Hampton Town Police, Jaime A. Lux-Hernandez, 35, was arrested on April 19 at 5:39 p.m. on Town Ln.

Lux-Hernandez was charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation, three or more suspensions on three or more separate dates, for driving with a license that was suspended 12 times, police said.
