East Hampton Man Caught Driving on Drugs on Sunrise Highway: Police
The man was also found in possession of marijuana, police said.
EAST HAMPTON, NY - An East Hampton man was caught driving while under the influence of drugs on Sunrise Highway, police said.
According to New York State Police, Mark A. Mason, 40, was arrested on Friday on Sunrise Highway, east of exit 65 in Hampton Bays.
He was stopped for failure to maintain his lane, police said, and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and possession of marijuana, police said.

He is slated to appear in Southampton Town Justice Court on April 25, police said.
