In this workshop Jean and Julie will teach you the basic principles of ISHTA Yoga and how to use them to advance your practice and add inspiration to your life. You will be led through an uplifting ISHTA Yoga vinyasa class emphasizing breath, alignment, and purification. The session will conclude with a signature ISHTA meditation to tap into your inner peace, which will enable you to stay calm and balanced in all aspects of your living especially during stressful times.
