Former East Hampton High School Student Directs Award-Winning Documentary

East Hampton High School Video and Documentary Production students from Jeremy Quitko’s class recently attended the Hampton Documentary Take 2 Film Festival at the Bay Street Theater.
The festival featured “The Games We Play,” an award-winning documentary directed by 2014 East Hampton graduate Raya O’Neal.

Produced over the course of seven months, the film captures the hard work and dedication that five young women – four of them former or current students at East Hampton High School – put into their after-school activities.
It documents each of their passions for sports while revealing the delicate balancing act that goes into managing sports, schoolwork and a social life.
