ICYMI: Woman Accused of Shoplifting From Bridgehampton Supermarket

In case you missed it, here’s a story that appeared earlier last week in East Hampton Patch:

A Sag Harbor woman was arrested for shoplifting from a Bridgehampton supermarket on Friday night, according to Southampton Town Police.

Officers responded to King Kullen in the Bridgehampton Commons on 2044 Montauk Highway, in reference to a security personal holding a shoplifter, shortly before 8 p.m., police said.

Judian Cooney, 59, was taken to Southampton Town Police Headquarters for arrest processing, police said.

She was charged with petty larceny, according to police.

Cooney was released on Station House bail to appear in Southampton Town Justice Court at a later date.
