Local Farm Offering Memberships For 2015 Community Supported Agriculture Program
Members can chose among four different Membership Levels.

Balsam Farms in Amagansett recently announced that memberships for their 2015 Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program is now available.
This year, the farm will be offering a choice of four different Membership Levels beginning May 29 and running through November 20.
The membership fee, which varies depending on the option chosen, covers production costs of planting and harvesting.

In exchange, members will receive a weekly share of the vegetables, greens, herbs and fruit.
In addition to the basic Balsam Farms produce share, they also offer four optional add-on choices:

- Fruit - Seasonal Fruit: berries, apples, pears, peaches, etc.
- Flowers - 1 mixed bouquet or 1 sunflower bouquet weekly
- Fresh Mozzarella - 1 lb. fresh/never~refrigerated mozzarella
- Carissa’s Bread - 1 loaf of fresh bread; grown, milled and baked on
the East End
Members who join by April 1 and will receive either a Balsam Farms t-shirt or trucker hat.
