East Hampton, NY --- The East End Chef’s program, held monthly at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in East Hampton, announced another gourmet dinner prepared by Executive Chef Michael Massetti of the Living Room in the Maidstone restaurant. Unfortunately for many local gourmands, the dinner was sold out days before it was to occur on May 18. For those who would like to know what they will be missing, here is the menu: There will be Hors d’oeuvres of assorted tacos, followed by a first course of oysters; a second course will be a salad frisée: endive, goat cheese, strawberries, and vanilla white balsamic dressing; then a mouth-watering dish of lamb and bacon with homemade Cavatelli pasta, followed by crab/avocado Tian with gazpacho. For dessert, there will be a chocolate surprise and fresh fruit.

This magnificent dinner was sold out prior to its official announcement through word of mouth. The next dinner will be in late June, and anyone interested in attending should register as soon as possible.

St. Luke's Episcopal Church is located 18 James Lane in East Hampton. For further information, please phone Lillian Woudsma at 631-553-6515 or email her at jwoudsma@optonline.net
