Man With 2 Prior Convictions in 10 Years Slapped with New DWI Charge: Police
The man was charged with a felony, police said.

EAST HAMPTON, NY - An East Hampton man who's been convicted twice in 10 years for driving drunk was slapped with another DWI charge, police said
According to East Hampton Town Police, Pablo Jose Riera, 40, was arrested on June 18 at 10:21 p.m. after he was caught driving north on Three Mile Harbor Hog Creek Road.
Riera failed to maintain his lane of travel more than once and was found to have the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath, slurred speech, bloodshot, glassy eyes, and was unsteady on his feet; he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests administered, police said.

He was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated with two previous convictions in the past 10 years, a felony, as well as first and second degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, police said.
Bail was set at $20,000 cash or $40,000 bond at his arraignment, police said.
