New Member Appointed To East Hampton School Board

The East Hampton School Board appointed a new member to fill the seat left vacant by former board president, Patricia Hope, on Tuesday, Oct. 7.

Deme Minksoff was sworn in on Wednesday to begin her term, which will be until the next budget vote on May 19, 2015, according to Kerri Stevens, district clerk.

Before joining the board, Minksoff, served on the site-based committee in the middle school and was involved with the PTA.
