Plein Art Painters Unveil 'Nature's Palette': Photos
The East End's natural beauty was celebrated at an art opening recently.
AMAGANSETT, NY — An art exhibit celebrating the natural beauty of the East End made its debut recently.
It was a celebration of art and beauty as the Amagansett Free Library and director Cynthia Young invited the Wednesday Group of the Plein Air Painters of the East End indoors, to celebrate the opening reception of "Nature's Palette" in the community room.
Art enthusiasts, friends and family enjoyed 52 works by participating artists Christine Chew Smith, Teresa Lawler, Deb Palmer, Alyce Peifer, Gene Samuelson, Cynthia Sobel, Frank Sofo, Bob Sullivan, Aurelio Torres and Dan Weidmann.
