Police: Drunk Sag Harbor Man Flees Police, Fights Officer
Police attempted to stop the man for speeding early Sunday morning, police say.

A Sag Harbor man faces numerous charges after police say he refused to pull over while driving drunk and speeding Sunday morning, police said.
Kenneth Arraya, 27, was eventually apprehended, but not before fighting with an officer, police said.
The incident began at 4:26 a.m. Sunday when Southampton Town Police attempted to stop a vehicle for speeding on Noyac Road in Sag Harbor, police said.

The vehicle fled and was eventually stopped on Peninsula Drive in Sag Harbor, police said. The driver, Arraya, fought with an officer before being subdued, police said.
Arraya was arrested and charged with DWI, unlawful fleeing a police officer, resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and numerous Vehicle & Traffic Law violations.
