Police: East Hampton Man Arrested on DWI Charge in Southampton
The arrest was made on Sunday morning.
An East Hampton man was arrested on a DWI charge in Southampton early Sunday morning, according to Southampton Town Police.
Frank J. Garcia-Collado, 35, was stopped for traffic infractions at about 1 a.m. on CR-39 in Southampton, police said.
Further investigation revealed he was driving in an intoxicated condition, according to police.
