Police: Sag Harbor Man Arrested on DWI Charge in North Sea

A 20-year-old Sag Harbor man was arrested on a DWI charge in North Sea on Saturday morning according to Southampton Town Police.
John J. Farry was seen failing to maintain his lane of travel whild driving on Noyac Road and North Sea Road, according to police.

Upon further investigation, Farry was found to be intoxicated, police said.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated, moving from his lane unsafely and unsafe start, police said.

He was transported to Southampton Town Police Headquarters for arrest processing and held for morning arraignment.
