Red Hook Lobster Pound Heads to Montauk, Teams With Sweet 'Tauk

The eatery should open some time in May and will sell a variety of seafood rolls, salads and soups to pair with Sweet 'Tauk varieties of lemonades.

Soon there will be new place to grab a lobster roll in Montauk, though this one comes with a local lemonade.

Brooklyn seafood restaurant Red Hook Lobster Pound has announced plans to team up with local lemonade an popsicle business Sweet 'Tauk to open a combined market at 34 South Etna Ave., according to Grub Street.

The eatery should open some time in May and will sell a variety of seafood rolls, salads and soups to pair with Sweet 'Tauk varieties of lemonades.

This past winter, Sweet 'Tauk owner Deborah Aiza turned the Etna Ave, location into a holiday market, selling a host of wares from local merchants and artisans.

At that time, Aiza told Patch the upcoming market would be hosting other vendors at the shop.

'"Our shop will be a unique concept where one side of the store will be the Sweet 'tauk's Lemonade and Popsicle shop while the other half will be a continually evolving pop-up shop with new vendors appearing every week creating an occasion and supportive energy to our shared endeavours," she said in December.
