Sag Harbor Elementary School Hosts Veterans Ceremony

In celebration of Veterans Day, Sag Harbor Elementary School hosted a veterans breakfast and ceremony on Nov. 10.

During the event, attendees watched a short video tribute before students took to the stage to sing for the 31 veterans in attendance.

Following the performance and before the complimentary breakfast was served, students took time to speak with the veterans.

Local veterans honored included Carl Browngardt, Robert Browngardt, Judge Edward Burke, Larry Burns, John Capello, Al Corwin, Michael Dee, Terri Devoll, Ralph Dispigna, Rob Doty, Keith Douglas, John Dqielewitz, Ben Fischer, Paul Gerek, Harbord Gray, William Hokanson, Sharon Lewis, Bruce Mitchell, Patricia Pelligrino, David Pharaoh, Ron Pirrelli, Vincent Restivo, Robert Riskin, Bill Schildknecht, Donald Schreiber, Alexander Selkirk, Vincent Starace, Walter Stewart, Christopher Stone, Harry Wils and Victor Zambrana.
