Sag Harbor Man Arrested on DWI Charge After Fatal Crash
A passenger in the car was reportedly killed after the driver hit a pole on Sunday morning in Sag Harbor.
A Sag Harbor man was arrested on a DWI charge after a one-car crash that killed his passenger in Sag Harbor on Sunday morning, according to multiple reports.
The accident occurred at Rolling Hill Court East and Highview Drive at about 2 a.m., according to Newsday.
The driver, identified as Sean Ludwick, 42, of Sag Harbor, was charged with DWI and leaving the scene of an accident after his vehicle struck a pole, killing his male passenger, according to 27east.
