Sag Harbor School District to Kick Off Homecoming Week

The Sag Harbor School District 2015 homecoming celebration will kick off this week.

The festivities will kick off with spirit week starting Monday, Oct. 5 and continue with an annual bonfire on Friday, Oct. 9 at Long Beach.

A traditional homecoming parade will start at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 10 at Warf on Main Street and end at Mashashimuet Park, located at the corner of Main Street and Jermaine Avenue in Sag Harbor.

The community is invited showcase their pride throughout the route and to cheer on Sag Harbor athletes as they compete at Mashashimuet Park.

The schedule is as follows:

• Varsity Girls Soccer vs. East Hampton - 12:30 p.m.
• Varsity Field Hockey vs. East Hampton - 2 p.m.
• Varsity Boys Soccer vs. Babylon 4 p.m.
