Sag Harbor Students Participate in Math Contest

The contest was held earlier last week.

With pencils in hand, Pierson High School students sat to answer a multitude of multiple choice math questions as part of the American Mathematics Contest earlier last week.

The contest aims to spark an interest in mathematics for all high school students.

While taking the exam, Sag Harbor students were able to answer questions they deemed easy, as well as challenge questions, which required students to think outside the box.
