State Police Report: Two DWI Arrests
A list of recent crime activity as reported by the state police.
State Police-Riverside reported the following arrests over the past week:
- A 20-year-old Riverhead man was arrested on Sept. 9 for menacing and reckless endangerment for discharging a BB gun in the wooded area behind Wildwood Bowl in Northampton. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Southampton Town Court on Oct. 8.
- Veronica Cea, 39, of Stony Brook, was arrested on Sept. 10 after being stopped on County Road 58 in the Town of Riverhead. She was found to be intoxicated and was arrested on a DWI. Cea was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Riverhead Court on Sept. 17.
- Douglas Young, 46, of Bohemia, was stopped on Ponquogue Avenue in Hampton Bays on Sept. 12. He was found to be intoxicated and was arrested on a DWI. Young was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Southampton Town Court on Sept. 17.
