State Police: Three DWI Arrests

State Police-Riverside reported the following arrests over the past week: 

• A 41-year-old Riverhead man was arrested on March 12 and charged with fourth degree stalking. He was arrested on a warrant and appeared in Riverhead Court on a related incident. He was arraigned in Town of Riverhead Court and released.
• Amir Riaz, 41, of Riverhead, was arrested on a charge of DWI following a traffic violations stop on State Route 24 in Flanders on March 15. Riaz was released on a uniform traffic ticket returnable to the Town of Southampton Court on March 26 at 1 p.m. 
• Erin Finley, 48, of Speonk, was arrested on a DWI charge on March 15. Finley was arrested following a stop for moving from lane unsafely on Speonk Riverhead Road. Finley was released on a uniform traffic ticket returnable to the Town of Southampton Court on March 26 at 1 p.m. 
• Anthony Sacchitello, 20, of Riverhead, was arrested on charge of DWI after being stopped on State Route 25 for operating without a seatbelt on March 6.  Sacchitello was released on a uniform traffic ticket returnable to the Town of Riverhead Court on March 26 at 9:30 a.m.
