Three People Injured In Accident In East Hampton Village

Three people were injured in an accident in East Hampton Village on Wednesday afternoon, The East Hampton Star and 27east report.

Both the East Hampton and Amagansett ambulance companies responded to the scene of the accident between a white pickup truck and a blue Subaru near a four-way intersection on Newtown Lane and Race Lane, according to 27east.

The East Hampton Fire Department’s heavy rescue squad was also called to help remove a person trapped in the van, which was turned on its side, according to The East Hampton Star.

The woman trapped inside the van was removed and Medevaced to Stony Brook Hospital, 27east reports.

The incident is still being investigated.
