SAG HARBOR, NY — Tiny paleontologists have been learning volumes about dinosaurs in Sag Harbor recently.
Sag Harbor Elementary School kindergartners in Kate Montaldo’s class have been learning about dinosaurs as part of an interdisciplinary unit, the district said.
The students have been studying the prehistoric creatures by reading books, creating habitat jars, digging for and learning about fossils and gaining an understanding of volcanoes.
