The East End Music & Arts Festival, presented by NYC and Hamptons based entertainment organization, uniphi good, is a series of cultural and entertainment events taking place in the prestigious “Hamptons” of New York – bringing together three days of music, entertainment, culture and fun at community based venues in the Hamptons, to benefit Springs Food Pantry, Wounded Warrior Project ™ and Higher Orbits ™, all in one multi-media entertainment experience. Fans are encouraged to follow uniphi good on Periscope and Twitter (@uniphigood) for the most up to date information about the festival and “behind-the-scenes” sneak peeks “live” from the festival events. On festival days, September 17, 18, & 19, tune in for the uniphi good Periscope “Festival Live @ 5” which will have exclusive videos with Artists & Celebrities at 5pm EST on the uniphi good Periscope and Twitter feed.
The Festival was created, by uniphi good, in response to a demand for a festival in the area, for visitors and residents alike, that combines multiple cultural avenues - music, art, film, cultural events and more – all with world-class talent and celebrities, hosted in various community based venues in the “Hamptons”.
“The Hamptons is such an incredibly creative and inspiring place, and the post-summer season out here is pure magic. After a great first Festival last year, we all just knew that we had to do it again! We are so lucky to have such an incredible roster of amazing and talented friends and collaborators who will be part of these once-in-a-lifetime events… and no doubt we’ll be rocking the summer good vibes through September and beyond!”, said Annie Balliro, Founder & CEO of uniphi good, “The fact that every event will benefit a local charity or community organization is a true reflection of the good nature of all the amazing folks coming together to make this crazy idea become a reality, and all are welcome to come join us for some really good times!”
The East End Music & Arts Festival 2015 three day celebration will feature music, film, art, celebrities and entertainment, all at community based venues in the Hamptons. Festival highlights include a concert event with Rock & Roll Hall of Fame ™ Inductee & Music Icon Darryl “DMC” McDaniels (RUN DMC), Grammy ™ nominated artists Tonic, Singer-Songwriter Glen Phillips (Toad the Wet Sprocket), Toby Lightman and more acts TBA, all on Saturday, September 19th at the Stephen Talkhouse in Amagansett, NY. A very limited number of VIP packages are available that will include a pre-show meet in greet with the Artists, and a Limited Edition festival poster that VIPS can get personally signed at the event.
“Looking forward to talking comic books by day and playing music at night!,” says DMC. “The East End Music & Arts Festival sponsored by uniphigood – what a great cause thanks to great people like Annie Balliro!”
“I’m looking forward to make some art, teaching a little, seeing some old friends and making some new ones at the Hamptons Festival this year.”, said Glen Phillips.
“I have had the pleasure to work with uniphi good over the years and had a great time at last year’s festival. Being able to hang and perform in the Hampton’s again with friends who “do good” makes it a day at the beach to remember!” says Emerson Hart of Tonic.
Second time festival performer and founding Artist Toby Lightman states “I am thrilled to be returning to the East End Music & Arts Festival. It was a pleasure to be a part of it last year and I look forward to joining together with an awesome lineup this year! I see this festival becoming a staple event for people who live out in this beautiful area of the country as well as a destination for festival goers from all over!”
Darryl “DMC” McDaniels will be signing copies of his critically acclaimed comic books from his comic publishing house, Darryl Makes Comics™ in the afternoon on Saturday, September 19th at Bookhampton in East Hampton, NY.
Tonic, Glen Phillips and Toby Lightman will be signing copies of their albums and various music projects, along with special in-store performances, in the late afternoon on Saturday, September 19th at Innersleeve Records in Amagansett, NY.
The East End Music & Arts Festival is incredibly honored to announce a very special “Three Day Only” Art Show with THE FIRST TIME EVER DEBUT of hand-signed artwork by Rock & Roll Legends Bob Dylan, John Lennon, Paul McCartney & Ringo Starr. This exhibition of their actual paintings is the first time ever that all four stars will have their artwork exhibited together in one location. The show will open with a VIP/Private Reception on Friday, September 18th, and be on display, available to purchase, to the public through Sunday, September 20th at 69 Main Street Gallery in Southampton, NY.
Neal Glaser, Owner of Celebrity Art and Curator states, “I have been in the art business for over thirty years and the passion and enthusiasm collectors show for these four artists is unmatched. The joy these legends have brought to the world by their visual artistic talents is immeasurable”
“So what I find is that I do it when I am inspired, and that’s how I can combine it with music. Some days the inspiration is a musical one and other days it has got to be painting”, Paul McCartney (As quoted from www.mccartneyart.com )
A special Kids Day “Art & Astronauts” will take place in the morning on Saturday, September 19th at the Community Center in Springs (East Hampton), NY. Professional art educators will lead kids in fun, take-home, educational art projects, related to space and the locally inspired abstract expressionist movement. Astronauts on site will include Navy Captain Frank Culbertson, an eighteen-year career NASA Astronaut. Astronaut Culbertson was the only American not on Earth on 9/11. He has flown three space missions and has logged over 144 days in space as shuttle commander, pilot, and International Space Station (ISS) Commander.
Astronaut Frank Culbertson noted, “I am really looking forward to participating in the East End Music and Arts Festival in September. I have never had the opportunity to see the Hamptons in person, but I know the area looks beautiful from space. It will be a lot of fun to interact with the local kids and expose them to the excitement of spaceflight, and to learn more about the art, music, and culture of Long Island.”
“Art & Astronauts” attendees will also have the unique opportunity to explore the Universe in the Vanderbilt Museum Discovering the Universe: Mobile Classroom.
Charity partners will benefit from each event, as community involvement and support is a critical part of festival philosophy, with a goal to provide not only a fundraising opportunity for charity partners, but also a full messaging campaign to be included as an organic part of all promotion and outreach. Events will benefit Wounded Warrior Project™, Springs Food Pantry and Higher Orbits™.
Collaborator Michelle Lucas, Founder & President of Higher Orbits states, “Higher Orbits is thrilled to be part of The East End Music & Arts Festival. We look forward to not only engaging with many kids of all ages at the “Art & Astronauts” event, but also creating new collaborations that will help bring space-inspired STEAM programs to The Hamptons in the future.”
The timing for the festival seeks to extend the already busy summer season and establish a new “must visit” weekend for the region in mid-September, while the weather and “good vibes” are still in full swing of the summer.

SIR PAUL is an ABSTRACT EXPRESSIONIST whose works show a deep and complex layer of thoughts and textures. While RINGO is the POP MODERNIST who uses his computer to paint images that are witty, colorful and reflective of today’s art scene. Come see this one-of-a-kind exhibit and maybe walk away with a hand signed Beatle masterpiece.
Although internationally known as a singer and songwriter, Bob Dylan has been an accomplished painter for over 50 years. Exhibited worldwide and collected by museums, Bob’s artwork has graced the cover of albums, books, and magazines. He paints mostly from life: ‘I’m pretty much interested in people, histories, myth, and portraits; people of all stripes’, says Bob Dylan.
