Unlicensed East Hampton Man Drove Drunk: Police
The man was arrested Sunday afternoon on Three Mile Harbor Hog Creek Road, police said.

An unlicensed East Hampton man was busted Sunday afternoon for driving drunk, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, Flavio R. Zhinin, 26, was driving a 2006 Audi south on Three Mile Harbor Hog Creek Road at 2:29 p.m. with a license that had been revoked.
Upon investigation, police said Zhinin had “a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage” on his breath, as well as glassy, bloodshot eyes; he was also unsteady on his feet. He performed poorly on all standardized sobriety tests administered, police said.

Zhinin was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while intoxicated, a felony, due to a prior conviction in the past 10 years, police said.
