
Nadia is a teenaged circus acrobat, an orphan searching for her father in 1889. While in France, she meets up with Jean-Coq Raltique, a brilliant inventor. After being rescued at sea by a submarine, they discover high adventure, and an ancient conspiracy that threatens the existence of the human race. Based on the novel "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" by Jules Verne. Episodes begin at 6 p.m. and run to 9 p.m. Series curator: Kelly Gordon. Admission is free. All are welcome.

Recommended Audience: This series was commissioned to run on NHK, which is the Japanese PBS. As such, it's generally suitable for all ages; there are moments of relatively harmless sexual innuendo. Near the end, there are some scenes of violence that may scare younger viewers.
