East Meadow Library presents Girls Night Out on Jan. 21 and Feb. 7 at 7:30 p.m. Decoupage artist Fern Lambraza will hold workshops in reverse decoupage, where participants will create their own design on a clear glass plate. Bring any items you might wish to use in your piece.
