Independent Film Series at East Meadow Public Library Presents "City Island"

The monthly Independent Film Series at the East Meadow Public Library will feature City Island with Andy Garcia, Julianna Margulies and Alan Arkin on Dec. 13 at 7:30 p.m.  Dylan Skolnick of the Cinema Arts Center is the curator of the Series and moderator for this film. 

The Rizzos, a family who doesn't share their habits, aspirations or careers with one another, find their delicate web of lies disturbed by the arrival of a young ex-con brought home by Vince, the patriarch of the family, who is a corrections officer in real life, and a hopeful actor in private.
